Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • To be the trusted guide, helping customers select the right vehicle by understanding their needs.
  • Master our product lineup and effectively communicate the value and benefits of the Toyota brand.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership's continued growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a valid OMVIC license and a full G Driver's License with clean driver abstract.
  • Has a strong work ethic and an unwavering drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Is coachable, with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and apply constructive direction.
  • Is punctual, professional, and brings a positive attitude to the team every day.

What considered as an asset:

  • Previous Toyota sales experience
  • Reward winner from other brands sales operation
  • Fluently speaks other languages, for example: Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean,
  • Punjabi, Urdu, Russian, Ukrainian, etc
