Position Description
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a client office at a minimum 2 days per week – subject to change at any time.
Future Roles and Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Home Buying Transformation program, ensuring alignment to business strategy and customer outcomes.
- Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with senior business and technology leaders.
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross‑functional workstreams across Mortgages, Retail Banking, Digital, Technology, Risk, and Operations.
- Establish and run program governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, and decision forums.
- Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and change impacts across teams and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology delivery across agile teams.
- Drive consistent planning, execution, and tracking across all program workstreams.
- Provide transparent status reporting, financial tracking, and benefits realization updates.
- Influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Partner with change, operations, and training teams to ensure readiness and adoption.
- Track and measure program KPIs, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiency gains.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post‑implementation reviews.
Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role
5–10 years of experience in program or senior project management within financial services or large enterprise environments.Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑stream transformation programs.Strong understanding of banking products, preferably mortgages or home lending.Experience working across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams.Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence without authority and lead in a matrix organization.Hands‑on experience with Agile, hybrid, and / or waterfall delivery models.Strong risk, dependency, and financial management capabilities.Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and outcomes.PMP, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.Experience in digital transformation or customer journey modernization is a strong asset.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000–$165,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
