Project Coordinator Intern

Your day-to-day will look like :

• Attending site visits / meetings
• Performing quantity takeoffs
• Obtaining material and subcontractor quotes
• Supporting all estimators and project managers
• Effectively handling all issued addendums
• Reading and understanding civil construction drawings and geotechnical reports
• Recognizing the scope of work for projects
• Participating in bid closing
• Applying a strong background in math, geometry and computers
• Maintaining a solid understanding of AutoCAD
• Reading and following contract documents

You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills :

Qualifications :

• Experience in civil construction
• Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Currently in 3rd or 4th year civil engineering
• Available for an 8 or 12 month term
Technical Skills :
• AutoCAD
• AutoCAD
• Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Teams, etc.

Interpersonal Skills :

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
• Results-oriented
• Desire to grow within our organization
