Construction Project Coordinator

Position Overview :

Our client, a well established general contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to oversee their light industrial and commercial construction projects, with a focus on tilt-up construction.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Coordinator on commercial and industrial projects from the ground up.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals and targets.
• Tenacious attitude with the ability to overcome challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different personalities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Hard-working with a strong sense of ownership.

Assets :

• Experience with concrete tilt-up construction.
• Experience with ground up commercial / industrial construction.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
