Vous êtes un moteur commercial stratégique qui motive l'équipe et exécute des processus commerciaux et opérationnels efficaces au quotidien.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

  • Générer des résultats en offrant une expérience client élevée
  • Diriger et exécuter les tâches clés d'ouverture et de fermeture et les tâches opérationnelles.
  • Démontrer de la flexibilité et un désir de croissance individuelle dans un environnement de magasin au rythme rapide
  • Favoriser les relations avec les clients en développant et en coachant l'équipe sur la connaissance des tendances actuelles, du style et des techniques de vente.
  • Assurer le plus haut niveau de normes de service à la clientèle tout en exerçant un leadership et des capacités multitâches avec excellence.
  • Construire un livre client en établissant des relations avec les clients pour générer du trafic supplémentaire et créer un engagement client
  • Stimuler les ventes omnicanal en utilisant tous les outils et technologies disponibles

VOUS DEVEZ AVOIR :

3 ans et plus d'expérience pertinente en gestion de commerce de détail

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
  • Foster customer relationships through developing and coaching team on knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities with excellence.
  • Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
  • Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE :

3+ years of relevant retail management experience
