Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY: The Affinity Group Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Marketing team to manage Trade Notifications, POS, POP, manage product presentations and assist with food show management. Duties and Responsibilities: * Create and Prepare e-campaigns and communications * POS and POP Management * Creating Product Presentations * Assist with Food show Management * Educate customers and sales team about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction * Maintaining product specifications sheets for client portfolios * Assisting in developing marketing and sales presentations for internal and external audiences * Prepare and Manage all Trade notifications * Ensure consistency across Affinity and client assets and tools. * Special projects as required The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Demonstrated experience providing administrative and project management within a team environment. Marketing experience considered an asset. * Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to make critical decisions. * Ability to prioritize and work independently * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Advanced skills in Adobe/Illustrator/Canva * Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with management, staff, and external partners. * Critical thinker and ability to escalate when support is needed in a timely manner. * Punctual and reliable * Pleasant telephone manner * Professional image at all times * Outgoing and mature * A team player * Must be passionate about food Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: * Candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. * Work may be performed in an office, warehouse, or restaurant environment. * Stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. * May have possible exposure to dust and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds. * Flexible work hours to accommodate demands of position (some weekends included) * May require travel and some overnights may be required We offer a competitive wage, and group benefit package.
