NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Support Analyst (remote) to join our team in Victoria, BC (remote) .

The opportunity is to support our public sector client.. NTT DATA currently supports Dynamics 365 based applications for the client.

The role is a combination of support & maintenance of existing applications, enhancements to existing applications, as well as larger project work.

Position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional issues with Dynamics 365 / CE based presented through support tickets and work those tickets to resolution in a timely fashion.
• Interact with client to understand business requirements.
• Design solutions to address client business, interface and support requirements.
• Prepare functional design documentation for customizations.
• Work with Technical developer team on execution and delivery of functional design documents.
• Configuration of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Conduct solution testing as required (smoke testing, unit testing, business process testing).
• Support clients on user acceptance testing.
• Conduct user and administrator training as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a IT related field or equivalent work experience.
• Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Customization and Configuration certified.
• 5 years minimum work experience designing and configuring solutions based in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to work in Dynamics 365 CE on-premise environment.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively from home.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work within diverse project teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Ability to investigate problems to uncover causes.
• Solve complex problems with creative solutions.
• Development capability is an asset.
• Public Sector experience is an asset.
