Security Incident Recovery Coordinator
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and serve as the primary security contact for clients and stakeholders during incident recovery.
- Manage and prioritize recovery tasks based on business requirements while ensuring compliance with security practices.
- Work with the PMO on task coordination, status updates, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Implement industry best practices in incident response, cybersecurity, and case management.
- Oversee the security and stability of IT functions during recovery.
Must have knowledge and experience :
- Expertise in Dell and / or VMware products.
- Incident response experience.
- Background in security.
- Flexibility to travel to client locations on short notice.
