Responsibilities

• Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and junior employees.
• Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following manufacturer repair instructions.
• Notify the Body Shop Advisor immediately when additional work is needed.
• Examine all vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform all work as authorized on the repair order, in accordance with company and factory standards.
• Supervise work of apprentices or students; report deficiencies to the Production Manager.
• Attend factory‑sponsored and dealer‑specified training courses as scheduled.
• Keep abreast of all factory technical bulletins.
• Learn and understand emerging automotive technologies.
• Other duties as required by management.
