Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL / SOSL, and platform capabilities.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud focused on opportunity, case, and client / investor lifecycle automation.
• Develop and enhance integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, Data Cloud, and middleware across platforms such as Fusion, AXI, Dynamo, and DataBricks.
• Support Experience Cloud / Portal configuration for external investor and client access.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar disciplines.

Experience

10+ years overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce development.

Strong hands‑on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Process Automation, and Lightning.

Exposure to data synchronization, client hierarchy, financial services data models, or Salesforce for enterprise transformation is a plus.

Technical Skills

Expert in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Omnistudio (optional), and SOQL.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, API limits, event‑driven architecture, and integration patterns.

Hands‑on experience with version control, CI / CD pipelines (Copado / Bitbucket / GitLab), and change sets.

Experience with REST / SOAP API development and integrations with enterprise platforms.

Soft Skills

Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with strong systems thinking.

Comfortable working in agile squads and communicating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders.

Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication abilities.

Certifications (preferred)

Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)

Salesforce Platform Developer II

Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud Consultant

Exposure to Financial Services Cloud / Data Cloud (plus)

Salary Range

CAD $110,000 – $140,000
