need not apply. Your time here will be fast and furious and quite the ride. But the rewards are plentiful. RESPONSIBILITIES Launch Execution : Coordinate the development of creative assets, including imagery and content, to support product launches.

Conduct comprehensive research to determine product positioning and identify unique selling points for listings and advertising campaigns.

Develop and implement effective keyword strategies, collaborating closely with the PPC team to optimize keyword rankings.

Execute review generation strategies to maintain high ratings for product listings. Contribute to product ideation and validate niche opportunities through thorough market research.

Track and analyze data to evaluate launch performance and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Split-testing & Innovation : Proactively test new strategies with each launch to stay ahead of competitors and enhance overall performance.

Conduct ongoing research on competitors and the Amazon marketplace to identify emerging trends and opportunities Launch List Management : Create and manage launch lead lists, including tasks related to Meta Ads and email list nurturing.

Cultivate an engaged list of active consumers eagerly awaiting our next new product launch. Support to Brand Manager : Serve as a key support resource to the Brand Manager, assisting with various initiatives and projects.

Provide assistance with legacy product relaunches and conduct imagery testing as required. Handle Amazon backend flat files and cases to ensure smooth operational processes.

QUALIFICATIONS : Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive approach to learning new skills and technologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Possesses a competitive spirit and demonstrates a drive for continuous improvement. Experience with / Interest in Selling on Amazon, Meta Ads, and Email & SMS Marketing is a plus.
