Software QA Analyst | 12-month Contract
The Software QA Analyst is responsible for testing software applications and analyzing defects to ensure quality and reliability for hearing aid market applications, manufacturing systems, and internal sales and marketing support tools. This role supports software quality assurance efforts by performing structured testing, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines.
Responsibilities :
- Perform functional, exploratory, regression, load, and performance testing across software applications
- Identify, investigate, and document software defects, including root cause analysis, in the defect tracking system
- Validate resolved defects to confirm fixes are complete, effective, and meet quality standards
- Execute planned and self-directed exploratory testing to uncover potential risks and issues
- Communicate testing status, findings, and progress regularly to the Software QA Manager and team members
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer related to software testing practices to QA team members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
