Your new role
As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of 1 residential rental building complex in Toronto.
You will be leading a team consisting of 2 experienced Property Administrators and 4 maintenance superintendents. You will be responsible for creating and managing operational budgets, coordinating maintenance, resident relations and more.
Your overall responsibility is to ensure the property is well-maintained, financially viable, and provides a positive living experience for residents.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess 5+ years' relevant experience in residential rentals property management as a senior property manager or experienced property manager.
You have experience overseeing the day-to-day operational and financial management of residential rentals, whilst leading a team.
College diploma such as CPM or RPA is an asset.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive compensation with an annual base salary of $90,000 - $95,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits + RRSP + 3 Weeks' vacation.
