What Will You Do?
Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions within the pharmaceutical or specialty pharma spaceSource, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including proactive headhunting and networkingLeverage the ATS to post, manage, and track positions, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the processPartner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategiesBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsWhat Do You Bring?
Minimum 5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience within the pharmaceutical or health care industryPost-secondary education is requiredStrong track record of sourcing and placing candidates in senior-level positionsHands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsA self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment#MT1
