Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager Water / Wastewater, for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following :
- Planning, project management and budgeting for municipal water and wastewater projects across Nunavut;
- Assisting in the development of RFP’s, contracts, and managing contractors throughout the project lifecycle on construction and maintenance projects;
- Providing reports to the Client on the status of projects;
- Working with Municipal stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the communities;
- Working with Municipal stakeholders to commission new systems and ensure the Hamlet is ready to operate and maintain the systems;
- Working with consultants to ensure that installations and designs are being followed;
- Working in eBuilder to ensure all contract documentation is approved and submitted;
- Demonstrated technical understanding of water and wastewater systems;
- Experience in planning, preliminary design, detailed design, and construction administration associated with Water and / or Wastewater infrastructure;
- Have a track record of gaining approval of infrastructure designs from approval authorities and environmental agencies; and
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensed with a minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience.
