AMK is hiring an Assistant Service Manager (Service Advisor) for a leading German automotive dealership in Oakville. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring every client receives exceptional service while supporting smooth day-to-day operations in the service department.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers, provide assistance, and build lasting relationships
- Coordinate service appointments with clear cost and time estimates
- Record and document customer concerns accurately on repair orders
- Monitor repair progress to ensure quality and timely completion
- Explain completed work and upcoming maintenance to customers
- Assist with vehicle pick-up and flag any additional issues
- Share updates on parts, warranties, and repair status
- Support smooth shop operations and overall customer satisfaction
- Take on other tasks or projects as assigned by management
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, dealership, or Service Advisor background in automotive dealership (required)
- Skilled in managing service schedules, repair orders, coordinating with teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Focused on meeting targets while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction
