• Demonstrate leadership by guiding other underwriters through their own decision making
• Independent and self-motivated, you have a broad understanding of underwriting and pricing discipline
• You have a minimum 5 years' experience in underwriting

• Assess applicants from internal brokers and set appropriate underwriting terms
• Master file audits and ensure a profitable book of business
