Job Description
CEDA is currently seeking an Administrator based out of our Sudbury, Ontario location. This position will support seasonal projects in the Sudbury area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
You are the first point of contact for visitors! Provide front desk coverage by answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, conducting safety orientations, maintaining the visitor log and managing deliveriesHandle day-to-day administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, supply coordination, and preparing meeting minutesCreate, update and maintain information in all systems and archives for all areas of the business; including but not limited to payroll, billing, requisitioning, buying, receiving, fleet, and safetyWork with the field supervisors to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and submitted in a timely mannerAssist with accounting and procurement duties as requiredSetup and coordinate meetings and conferences – book travel for attendees as requiredSupport staff in assigned project based work including assembly of manuals, user guides, participant workbooks etcProvide other administrative support as requiredRole Specifications :
Minimum 3 years of office based work experience is requiredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is requiredRelated administrative certificate is considered an assetExperience with FieldFX, Intelex, Sharepoint and Microsoft AX all considered an assetAbility to function independently in a busy office environmentStrong organization and prioritization skills and a high level of integrity and confidentialitySkills :
