Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s data and infrastructure offerings
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach for key decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Data, etc.)
- Track and manage leads and activities through CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve messaging
- Maintain accurate records and regularly report on KPIs and conversion rates
Requirements
2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in the Data or Infrastructure industryProven track record with cold calling and outbound lead generationStrong understanding of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working full-time from a downtown Toronto office (5 days / week)Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platformsHighly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
