Your impact

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering organization, including backend, frontend, mobile and QA
• Set and communicate a clear engineering vision that aligns with Maple’s mission, product strategy, and long-term growth goals
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance developer productivity, product capabilities, and innovation velocity
• Own delivery excellence, ensuring our teams consistently meet commitments on quality, performance, and timelines
• Be a cross-functional partner and thought leader to support business priorities and help shape Maple’s future
• Partner with Product leadership to shape the roadmap, balance trade-offs, and ensure we ship features that make a measurable impact on users
• Establish and evolve engineering processes, practices, and tools to improve productivity, maintainability, and scalability
• Champion technical quality, including code standards, architecture reviews, observability, and operational readiness
• Develop and mentor engineering leaders, creating a strong pipeline of future managers and technical leads
• Shape the engineering organization’s design and guild structures to drive clarity, alignment, and shared ownership across teams
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement that attracts and retains top engineering talent
