Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Development Manager to lead cross‑functional development teams and provide strong technical and people leadership. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring high‑quality delivery through modern architectures, Agile practices, and effective stakeholder management.
Experience Requirements
10+ years of software development experience5+ years in a leadership role (Development Manager, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Solution Lead)Experience delivering enterprise‑scale applications in Agile or Hybrid Agile environmentsProven ability to manage teams, vendors, and stakeholdersCore Responsibilities
Act as the key technical leader and liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsTranslate complex technical issues into business‑friendly languageLead, coach, and mentor development teams with empathy and accountabilityFacilitate collaboration across Design, Integration, QA, and Support teamsManage vendor relationships and support financial / cost considerationsDrive technical strategy, planning, and executionKey Technical Skills
