If yes, we have a position for you in Concord, Vaughan.
We are recruiting general laborers for our Food Production client in Concord, Vaughan.
Shift Timing -
Day shift (starts 6-8 am till 2 : 30-4 : 30 pm)
Afternoon shift (starts 2 : 30-5 : 00pm till 11-2am)
Shift days -
Monday to Friday
Saturday to Tuesday Plus shift premium
Thursday to Sunday plus shift premium
Pay rate - $14.75 per hour
Location- Concord, Vaughan
Responsibilities :
- Perform various tasks on different production lines, as required
- Great hand eye co-ordination
- Fast-paced environment- must be able to keep up with production line
- Perform all related tasks requested by your immediate supervisor
- Ensure products are up to company standards
- General housekeeping duties
- Comply with all applicable legislative and other food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Requirements :
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (6o to 8o c)
- Exposure to flour, milk, starch, meat, poultry, seafood etc.
- Candidates must be comfortable doing heavy lifting
- Regular lifting, bending, and standing is required
- Able to work on your feet doing some repetitive tasks
- Able to handle extended periods of static tasks with alertness and multitask
- Good communications skills and able to follow instructions
