Responsibilities

Write and review user stories, technical requirements, functional specifications, and test cases for user‑facing features.

Conduct thorough code reviews focusing on quality, performance, and maintainability.

Develop, maintain, and optimize the front‑end build process using Babel, Webpack, and NPM.

Collaborate on responsive, user‑friendly interfaces, ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation of designs from InVision, Photoshop, and Sketch into HTML5, CSS, and JSX.

Manage codebases with Git and collaborate on feature development.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve conflicts with third‑party dependencies.

Participate in Agile processes : sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Optimize front‑end components for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Stay up‑to‑date with emerging front‑end technologies and best practices in React.js and JavaScript.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, product, and back‑end teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience developing and reviewing user interfaces with JavaScript, React.js, and CSS / SASS.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

In‑depth knowledge of front‑end ecosystem : Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development with GitHub workflows.

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks : React.js, Redux, Hooks, functional and class components.

Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills focused on performance optimization and cross‑browser compatibility.

Hands‑on experience with responsive web design and mobile‑first development.
