We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Billing and Settlements Document Auditor to join our team at our 75 Rexdale location.

Key Responsibilities Contribute to our departments’ objectives by ensuring that complete and legible documents are accurately indexed against orders, and auditing & distributing invoices to customers.

Areas of responsibilities : Audit and Index Trip Documents : Index driver scans Scan and index Cartage paperwork Scan and index Costco Shunter paperwork Invoice Auditing and Distribution : Receive, audit and send invoices to clients Receive and index Supplementary documents Using KTA, index the XTL Supplementary images & XLI Supplementary images Using Revenova, index the Email inbox images Cross Department Communications : Report Poor scanning to the Settlement Auditor Working with AR on paperwork issues if requested Work with CLPs on approvals if needed Work Expectations : Daily upkeep of the KTA Indexing Shunter and Cartage PODS as received Timely distribution of customer invoices  Provide Poor scanning drivers to Settlement Auditor Schedule & Location Location : 75 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON (100% In-Office position) Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Days : Monday to Friday (5 days per week)   XTL is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment.
