They operate across the US and Canada and have won Best Company To Work For 5+ years in a row. They are expanding their brand and looking for a strategic leader to own the full P&L, implement and execute growth initiatives, and lead an incredible team.

  • Responsible for the overall strategy and success of the brand
  • Reporting directly into the President
  • Developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Drive robust marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure individual development plans, effective 1 : 1s, clarity of roles and alignment of goals
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth objectives and enhance performance
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats for strategic decision-making
  • Lead franchise development efforts and market analysis
  • Map a success model that defines winning for Franchise Partners
  • Build systems to scale business; including the tools, processes and coaching
  • 40% travel, conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures
  • Drive process improvement, best and better practices, adoption of systems, continuous improvement and measurement of brand promise and customer expectations
  • Provide leadership into annual and multi year planning cycle including but not limited to revenue goals, customer metrics, market penetration, strategic investment, testing and innovation
  • Leverage technology and data to drive system improvements
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the business
  • Analyze financial reports and performance data to identify areas for improvement and profitability
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the franchise operations department

  • Ability to build great relationships experience with franchise relationships a plus
  • Experience working in a multi-unit business with aggressive growth targets
  • Have led management employees and been responsible for mentorship, development, and performance
  • Experience in a rapid growth business, building processes that allow scale
  • Ability to lead, engage, influence and drive performance with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are achieved
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities, with an understanding of market trends
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of franchising laws, regulations, and best practices a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Comfort with technology, leveraging data to drive decision-making with a growth mindset
  • Located in Canada or US
