About the opportunity

As a Senior Protocol Product Manager, you'll be responsible for optimizing our staking performance across multiple protocols. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive implementation of protocol-specific improvements.

How you will make an impact

• Own and drive the staking performance optimization product roadmap for key protocols
• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Data Science, and Protocol teams to identify and implement performance improvements
• Lead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines
• Develop deep understanding of protocol-specific nuances (e.g., MEV opportunities, validator performance optimization)
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to effectively communicate our protocol capabilities to clients

Base Salary : The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $175,000 - $200,000. The US base salary range for this position is USD $175,000 - $200,000 . This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits.
