Production Infrastructure and Engineering (PI&E) powers EA's games and live services. We ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability, enabling developers to build and launch games quickly with cloud-based infrastructure.
The Role
As Technical Product Manager for Game Server Hosting, you'll define and lead the roadmap for automated hosting platforms supporting development, testing, and production. You'll ensure optimized workflows for provisioning, observability, and fleet management across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud‑native deployments. You'll collaborate with game studios, engineering teams, and vendors to deliver an outstanding multiplayer hosting platform, reporting to the Head of Program & Product Management.

Compensation And Benefits
Pay ranges (British Columbia based on location, e.g., Vancouver vs. Victoria) : $138,700 - $199,900 CAD.
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top‑up to EI / QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental / adoption leave), extended health / dental / vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
