- Act as a central point of contact for internal departments and teams within the organization (Service and Sales)
- Facilitate on-going communication between departments to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with team members and managers to gather information and relay as required
- Act as a central point of contact for clients and field personnel with respect to scheduling of the work
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for assigned Workflow
- Prepare reports, documents, and work orders as required in both Field Complete and SharePoint Folders
- Generate reports for Supervision for informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in available systems
- Identify and implement operational processes and propose improvements
- Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to operations
- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues promptly
- Strive to enhance the overall customer experience
- Utilize software tools and systems to track and manage operations
- Stay updated on industry-specific technology trends and tools
- Implement and monitor environmental sustainability initiatives within operations
- Identify opportunities for reducing the organization's environmental footprint
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, transactions, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements
- Related duties that may be assigned as necessary
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience administrative environment
- Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, drive and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
- Demonstrate understanding of project phases : tenders, contracts, conception, procurements, delivery
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
Salary is between $45,000 and $50,000, based on experience.
