How Will You Make An Impact

• Manage and oversee operations of Pharmacy Care Clinic.
• Complete patient assessments and, if needed, prescribe new medications or extend existing ones.
• Travel for health consultations.
• Manage chronic disease programs.
• Conduct annual patient medication reviews and perform required follow‑ups.
• Ensure care clinic processes and documentation meet regulatory compliance.
• Administer medications by injection.
• Provide point‑of‑care screening and swabs.
• Issue lab requisitions and interpret lab results (if provincial legislation allows).
• Collaborate with other HCPs to establish circles of care.
• Counsel patients on prescription medication use.
• Support dispensary activity and overall pharmacy workflow.
• Maintain continuity of care with other health‑care providers.
• Assist in developing and implementing industry‑leading clinical services and programs.
• Stay current on industry trends, laws, and regulations regarding pharmacist expanded scope.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd., including operational responsibilities.

How You Will Succeed

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, fully licensed in the province of employment, in good standing.
• Injection certification required.
• Additional accreditations (e.g., CDE, CRE, CTH) are an asset.
• Prescribing authorization required.
• Highly organized, takes initiative, and strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Effective planning and time‑management skills.
• Minimal direction needed; capable of working independently.
