individuals regain their independence and enhance their well-being.

The JOGOHealth Physical Therapist plays a crucial role in providing services to patients, leveraging biofeedback

tools and telehealth to optimize their rehabilitation and recovery. This job is fully virtual.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND / OR TRAINING :

1. Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, compact license privileges preferred (not required).

EXPERIENCE :

1. 1+ years of experience in physical therapy or a related field

GENERAL SKILLS :

1. Comfortable and proficient in providing virtual therapy sessions.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

5. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

6. Knowledge of biofeedback technology is a plus, but not required (training provided).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Conduct virtual physical therapy assessments and virtual treatments using biofeedback technology.

2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessments.

3. Implement evidence-based interventions and exercises via virtual sessions.

4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

5. Provide education and guidance to patients and their caregivers.

6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our electronic health record system.
