What you’ll do :
- Support the Bakery Manager in all aspects of the Bakery Operations
- Oversee daily operations in the bakery department to maintain excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department
- Ensure the bakery department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy
- Maintain customer standards by tracking, monitoring and following up with customer concerns
- Participate in the training and development of bakery team members
- Perform general duties, as assigned including backup support for the Bakery Manager

Who you are :
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and :
- Certified Ticketed Baker
- 3 years of bakery experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Previous leadership experience would be preferred
- Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset
- You have exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- You have strong time management and organizational skills
