As we continue to grow our presence in both the Canadian and U.S. markets, we want a true hunter—someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and opening new doors. Recruitment experience is not required, but a background in sales (even in a retail or customer-facing environment) is essential. 4. What Will You Do?
Proactively source new business opportunities across both the U.S. and Canadian marketsConduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leadsBuild strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their hiring needsWork closely with recruitment and leadership teams to support client onboardingMaintain accurate records of activities and leads within our CRMRepresent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong customer-first mindsetMeet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs5. 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or retail sales rolesA true hunter mentality—you love the chase, building relationships, and closing opportunitiesStrong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of motivation, resilience, and drive to achieve targetsAbility to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environmentInterest in developing a career in sales or recruitmentComfort working with CRM systems and outreach tools (an asset, but not required)#MT1
