Job Description
- Purpose / context : Lead a large-scale Infrastructure Remediation Program to modernize and secure enterprise IT systems; requires strategic leadership, technical breadth, and strong governance.
- Key responsibilities : program leadership and governance across multiple workstreams; infrastructure remediation (network, storage, compute) and transition to cloud; risk / security management and compliance; budget / forecast ownership and resource planning; executive-level stakeholder communications; change management and adoption of new infra standards.
- Core qualifications : delivery of large-scale infra / remediation programs in complex enterprises; deep knowledge of legacy + cloud technologies; governance / risk / compliance; strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management.
- Preferred certifications : PMP / PgMP, ITIL, CISSP (or equivalent).
- Nice-to-haves : Agile, COBIT, TOGAF; cloud certifications (Azure / AWS / GCP); CS / IS education with business acumen.
- Logistics to confirm : hours per week; interview steps / panel.\
- Submission focus : end‑to‑end program governance; modernization across on‑prem + cloud; executive communication; demonstrable risk / security remediation; budget / resource ownership.
- Program‑scale delivery across multiple complex initiatives
Look for leaders who have successfully delivered several concurrent, highly complex infrastructure workstreams under a single, integrated program (e.g., network modernization, compute / storage refresh, data‑centre remediation, cloud migration happening in parallel). They should be able to demonstrate program governance, cross‑team coordination, and outcome delivery at scale—not just single‑project wins
Managed Service Provider (MSP) experienceWe need candidates who have hands‑on experience partnering with and governing MSPs for infrastructure services—owning SLAs / OLAs, vendor performance management, escalation paths, operational runbooks, and seamless handoffs into steady‑state operations.
