Lead API development following the right design patterns and best practices. Be good at coding complex systems and business logic effectively. Be good at modern development concepts and processes, both understanding and practice.Be the advocate for continuous improvement in both processes and best practices. Firm believer in the quality of work and high productivity. Be able to bring a positive influence on the team you work with. Having the right understanding of modern technology and modern development culture is an asset. Mentorship skills - Be able to coach junior developers in the team and provide technical guidance Who You Are You can demonstrate experience 8 years of experience in Java / J2EE, Spring / Springboot, Web Services (SOAP, JSON and RESTFul). Proven and solid hands-on experience in Microservices and API development in an enterprise environment.
