Administrative Assistant – Human Resources Team

Our client, a firm specializing in professional services located in the heart of downtown Montreal, is currently seeking an assistant that will collaborate with the administration and human resources department.
YOUR ROLE :
In your new challenge, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department and will be a central pillar of the HR team.
Your tasks will include :
- Participate in the welcoming and integration of new employees;
- Support recruitment coordination;
- Assist the HR team with administrative projects;
- Participate in the preparation and updating of HR documents;
- Draft correspondence, prepare and review various documents;
- Communicating and transmitting information internally.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
University degree in human resources or related field , an asset;Relevant experience in a similar position;Experience in a professional services environment would be an asset;Very good written and spoken bilingualism;Good interpersonal skills;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;Professionalism and team spirit;Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE?
