Administrative Assistant – Human Resources Team

Are you looking for a new and permanent opportunity?

Our client, a firm specializing in professional services located in the heart of downtown Montreal, is currently seeking an assistant that will collaborate with the administration and human resources department.

YOUR ROLE :

In your new challenge, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department and will be a central pillar of the HR team.

Your tasks will include :

  • Participate in the welcoming and integration of new employees;
  • Support recruitment coordination;
  • Assist the HR team with administrative projects;
  • Participate in the preparation and updating of HR documents;
  • Draft correspondence, prepare and review various documents;
  • Communicating and transmitting information internally.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • University degree in human resources or related field , an asset;
  • Relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in a professional services environment would be an asset;
  • Very good written and spoken bilingualism;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Professionalism and team spirit;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
