About the Program
The External Relations portfolio is responsible to increase awareness and understanding of His Highness the Aga Khan, the Ismaili Imamat and Imamat Institutions in Canada, and strengthen engagement in the Jamat;s priorities.
- Key objectives include;
- Build and enhance relationships with individuals and institutions that impact the community
- Create and deliver strategic programming to improve quality of life between members of the Jamat, and the communities in which they live.
- Create and ongoing framework of collaboration between Imamat institutions in Canada.
About the Role
The role of a Data and Reporting Lead within the External Relations portfolio involves several key responsibilities :
- Data Management : Manage data related to interactions and engagements with key influencers. (Working knowledge of CRM would be an asset)
- Analysis and Reporting : Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach and engagement strategies. Develop regular reports for internal stakeholders that measure success and identify areas for improvement in relation to the institution's goals and community understanding.
- Oversee and monitor multiple team projects, ensuring timely completion. Coordinate tasks, allocate resources, track progress, and facilitate communication to maintain efficiency and meet project objectives.
- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with the External Relations team to communicate data findings clearly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to external communications.
About You
We are looking for the following skill sets :
- Data analysis : Proficiency in data analytics software (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Technical proficiency : Experience with CRM systems and database management.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
