Process Analyst (ICFR)

About the Role

• Support evaluation of key controls for ICFR assessment cycles, responsible for strengthening the overall internal control environment related to the specified workstreams of reconciliations and attestations and general ledger chart of accounts.
• Review, assess and document existing financial controls framework, processes and controls, identifying issues / opportunities, make recommendations to enhance the financial control environment and oversee implementation of process / control changes and improvements to SAP workflows / processes.
• Liaise with control owners to update and maintain ICFR process narratives and flowcharts.
• Support maintenance and updating of Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) to identify and assess risks in addition to any improvements to strengthen controls that impact financial statements.
• Support coordination of the annual project plan and any ICFR documentation for assigned test cycle(s) via SharePoint site for annual ICFR assessment.
• Support monitoring of remediation of outstanding gaps with controls owners, providing guidance to remediate control deficiencies identified through GAP analyses and process / control assessment.
