As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll dive into high-stakes challenges, working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure to build secure, scalable, and intuitive systems. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building Secure Systems : Collaborate with senior engineers to design and maintain secure APIs, services, and user interfaces that power Tetra’s custody platform, ensuring reliability and strength.
• Agile Development : Participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, and peer code reviews to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Writing Robust Code : Develop clean, tested code primarily in TypeScript, Python, or Go, tailored to the needs of specific platform components.
• Enhancing Observability : Improve system diagnostics and monitoring to gain deeper insights into platform performance and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with compliance and product teams to translate complex requirements into secure, user-friendly features that meet regulatory and business needs.
• Troubleshooting & Reliability : Diagnose and resolve production issues, contributing to the platform’s stability and uptime.
