RoleResponsibilities :
- Independentlymanage the preparation of financial statements and working papersfor both audit and review engagements ensuring compliance with ASPEandCAS.
- Leadaudit and review engagements providing guidance and support tojunior staff members throughout theprocess.
- Preparecomprehensive corporate and personal income tax returnscontributing to the firms commitment to exceptional clientservice.
Requirements
IdealCandidateProfile :
- Aminimum of 5 years of experience within a public accountingpractice with a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designationor having successfully completed theCFE.
- Experiencein a managerial role leading audit and review engagements is highlydesirable.
- Arobust understanding of Accounting Standards for PrivateEnterprises (ASPE) and Canadian Auditing Standards(CAS).
- Experiencewith Canadian income taxation and strong communicationskills.
