Job Description

The In Room Dining Server position is an exciting position giving you the opportunity to provide food & beverage service in guest rooms as well as serve in the Fairmont Gold Lounge.

Starting Rate : $16.89 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.89.

Job Duties Include :

• Providing luxury service from early mornings to late nights. Opening servers start as early as 530AM our closing servers stay as late as 1AM.
• Delivering orders and amenities to guest rooms
• Setting up and working functions in guest rooms for up to 75 guests
• Running of the Gold floor lounge Food & Beverage component.Deluxe breakfast buffetEvening canapés serviceBarista serviceBartending
• Development opportunities such as : Cashiering; taking guest orders, processing payments, organizing the daily deliveries, assisting the Manager on Duty with service flow
• Other duties as assigned
