Here's what you'll be doing

You'll be the driving force behind our pre-owned vehicle operations, leading a team to deliver unparalleled guest experiences while maximizing the profitability of our used car department. Your expertise in vehicle valuation, market trends, and reconditioning will be crucial to our success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and acquiring high-quality pre-owned vehicles to maintain an attractive and diverse inventory
• Overseeing the reconditioning process to ensure all vehicles meet our standards
• Managing inventory and developing pricing strategies to optimize turnover and profitability
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Collaborating with service and parts departments to optimize the reconditioning process
• Analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the pre-owned vehicle purchase process
• Managing relationships with all sources of pre-owned inventory

You need these qualifications

• Proven experience in used car management, preferably in the luxury automotive sector
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing successful sales teams
• Expert knowledge of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and market trends
• Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and digital marketing tools

It would be nice if

• You have specific experience with Lexus or other luxury Japanese brands
• You're familiar with certified pre-owned program standards and processes
• You have experience implementing innovative digital marketing strategies for pre-owned vehicles
• You're multilingual, reflecting the diversity of our guest community, particularly if you speek Mandarin or Cantonese.
