Product Manager

Position Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the development and management of Trulioo’s KYC (Know Your Customer) and fraud solutions.

This role involves understanding customer needs, contributing to the product management lifecycle, and helping to deliver on the prioritized product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-growth environment and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and innovate. This is a hybrid position based out of Vancouver, BC.

What you’ll be doing :

• Assist in the development and execution of the strategy for identity and fraud product solutions.
• Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to the communication of product plans across functional teams and partners.
• Review existing data methodically to support product development decisions.
• Collect feedback from internal and external customers to understand their needs and pain points.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource internally, supporting product promotion efforts, including creating collateral, attending trade shows, and preparing product briefs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to propose and execute incremental delivery of product solutions.
• Utilize agile methodologies to ensure timely product development and release.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to facilitate product development and launches.
• Communicate product vision, updates, and strategic changes to stakeholders.

You have :

• Strong problem-solving and research skills, with the ability to make recommendations and justify them rationally.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach who can drive results in ambiguous circumstances. Identity questions to answer & people to work with, and independently move projects forward.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related fields required, or equivalent experience.
• People person - Impress and take initiative collaborating across X-functional teams.
• Methodical mindset to review and build existing data.
• Follow-through and driving execution are a must have.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Nice to have : Exposure to Data Science and / or driving AI / ML initiatives experience.
• Nice to have : Experience in related industries (Financial Services, FinTech / RegTech, Payments as well as Fraud / Identity).

Please view the base salary range for this role below. The range listed is our expected compensation for the role. However, the pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.

Annual Salary$90,000 $105,000 CAD
