Responsibilities
What will you do?
Delivery & Execution
Responsible for the product management of our merchandise planning systems :
prioritizing, driving and delivering features and unlocking new capabilities
Prioritizes the backlog and ensures visibility to upstream and downstream partners
Ensures quality of the product and manages & triages bugs efficiently
Anticipates implementation challenges and develops mitigation strategies to minimize risk
Contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area
Collaboration & Communication
Enrolls & communicates business requirements to technical partners
Initiates, leads, & facilitates business requirements gathering with end-users and key stakeholders
Proactively solves potential problems with other functions and avoids unnecessary conflict
Collects and analyzes feedback from end users, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related
field
1-2 years experience as a Product Manager
Experience with retail technology experience preferred
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to discuss, understand, and simplify technical concepts
Familiarity working in agile software development
