Provide effective communications and maintain, update, and ensure consistent execution of project processes for both internal and external customers.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows : Maintain product life management database.
Create and maintain customer folder database for new / existing items including NPD forms.Liaise and follow-up with various internal and external stakeholders and provide effective communication to ensure execution of assigned project related tasks are followed-up and completed on-time.
Assist in the creation and modification of Die Line processes based on customer requirements and industry standards.Assist in execution of Line Trials in collaboration with various departments to validate the accuracy of different dieline processes.
Follow up with Supply Chain Department regarding Packaging / Ingredient inventory and supplier lead time management.Collaborate with all internal teams to execute various transitions related to artworks, recipes, and other product components.
Collaborate with technical and finance teams to update various versions of BOMs and Active vs Inactive finished good items (3,4,7 series) in the ERP system.
Update and maintain Project Liability reports for the customers.Attend and prepare Agenda / Meeting Minutes of weekly meetings with Internal and External Stakeholders.
Request, review, and organize all Project related documentations from the Customers.Review, update, and maintain various customer sampling programs and generate content in the customer portal.
Prepare and process Sample Requests from Customers for promotional events and TV Advertisements.Coordinate with R&D / Quality teams for any customer sample requests related to the first productions and quality attributes.
Perform other assigned duties.Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college; or related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience in food industry or related field preferred.At least two (2) years of experience preferred.
Experience with MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office for support, reporting and documentation.Creativity.Ability to work around problems and come up with creative solutions.
Ability to work with or without direct supervision.Orientation towards a continuous improvement culture.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
