Title : Paint Seibi Technician
Location : Cambridge, Ontario
Duration : Long Term Contract
Description :
- The manager needs entry-level candidates with either a Technical Degree or relevant experience and skills needed of at least 2-3 years.
- Candidate should be able to work in a team environment and must be self-motivated.
- Work schedule : Standard working hours from Monday -Friday; Occasional weekends depending on project needs. Work hours may fluctuate depending on project needs during the week.
- Travel : 25%; candidate will be required to travel to North American NAMCs (including US and Mexico) and potentially international travel to Japan (although unlikely for newly hired CW). CW will be expected to travel between both TMMC plants (Cambridge and Woodstock) on a quite frequent basis.
- Overtime : 12.5%

Who we are looking for :
The primary responsibility of this role is to participate in and perform DE (Digital Engineering) studies, commissioning, teaching, quality adjustment of all paint robotic processes (Sealer, UBC, LASD, Primer, Topcoat and Plastics).
Reporting to the Paint Seibi Manager, the person in this role will support the Paint Seibi Group’s objective to plan, implement and achieve high quality, robust robot processes in the paint shop.
