Financial Operations & Month‑End Close
Execute the month‑end close process with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyPrepare complex journal entries for inventory accounting including physical count reconciliationsPartner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to validate inventory movements and resolve discrepanciesPrepare journal entries for bespoke contracts with unique revenue recognition arrangementsSupport month‑end closing activities including general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliationsReview and approve all significant journal entries and reconciliationsManage cash flow and lead preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts with detailed variance analysisSupport audit processes and act as the main liaison with external auditorsManagement Reporting & Analytics
