We are working with a well established hospitality group who has a new location of one of their successful concepts. This cafe offers a cozy atmosphere with fresh and locally-sourced food, perfect for both quick bites and leisurely meals.
They are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage culinary staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional food quality and service.

Skills and Experience :
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a café or casual dining environment, with a strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of culinary staff while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety
- Experience in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, suppliers, and management while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
