Our Sales Management team provides coaching and training to review promotional and problem-solving techniques : understanding buyer psychology, high-quality customer service, and building self-confidence in sales and public speaking skills.
We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Support Representative to capture an audience's attention and generate maximum revenue by using a consultative approach.
The Sales Support Representative is vital to delivering top-notch customer service, driving sales results, and furthering the brand loyalty of our clients.
The ideal Sales Support Representative will be consultative, influential, detail-oriented, and must be ready to work in a fast-paced, people-focused work environment.
Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :
- Present products and services to new and existing customer accounts assigned
- Use company leads and systems to identify and develop new avenues of sales opportunities, negotiating and upselling when appropriate
- Effectively close sales in designated territories by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Set sales and gross margin goals for the territory
- Develop and implement sales programs, drive, and support our client's primary focus on account growth
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts, activity reports, sales goals, closings, and follow-ups with the sales management team
- Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to expand revenue
- Participate in-company training for team building, mentorship, and development of the latest sales trends from field and industry research
- Ensure customer feedback to sales management regarding products and enhancements
Sales Support Representative Qualifications :
- 1-3 years experience as an account manager preferred
- Excellent presentation and persuasive skills with the drive to continuously improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Coachable and highly enthusiastic mindset
- Communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment to generate new business
