Scrum Master – Agile Methodology Framework

Contract – 3.4 months to start

Downtown Toronto – 90% remote; 10% hybrid for in person meetings

Our provincial government client requires an agile coach that can guide the  Chief Information Officer -Project Management Office  to develop an agile / hybrid framework, assist with expanding and formalizing the agile practice, and provide assistance with organizational change.

Key Experience and Qualifications

1. 3-5 years’ experience transitioning traditional waterfall project methodology to agile / hybrid project methodology and creating agile framework for project team assessments.

2. Experience as an agile coach / ScrumMaster in a large organization with appropriate certification.

Certification in any of the following :

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
• SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) Certification
• Disciplined Agile ScrumMaster (DASM)
• Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Or equivalent.

3. Experience leading IT projects.

4. Experience with a variety of agile frameworks (e.g., Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe))
