Job Summary

The Security Solutions Data Science team at Mastercard seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage a wide variety of data science projects. It ensures smoother execution of the Security Solutions Data Science program, translating technical solutions into business language and making sound trade‑off decisions.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison between product and data science teams, managing day‑to‑day planning and execution from business understanding through model deployment and monitoring.
• Provide the single source of truth for project status, delivering accurate information to the appropriate audience.
• Apply the AI Playbook to project management tracking and inform stakeholders to ensure adherence.
• Build strong partnerships with product and technology teams, ensuring alignment with data science efforts.
• Translate technical approaches and outcomes into business language.
• Understand the business strategy and design approaches within product, program, or domain with depth to be credible and influential.
• Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigation.
